One person has been airlifted to the hospital after a two-car wreck on Highway 278 on Hilton Head Island. One car wound up on the guard rail, and that driver was airlifted to the hospital. The push continues to deepen the Savannah River. U.S. Senators Johnny Isakson, Saxby Chambliss, and U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Rebecca Blank, stopped by the Georgia Ports Authority.
